    Lovely customer service. Had a recent problem losing my bank cards and Annabelle helped me through the process of gaining access to my accounts and the issue of a new access card with prompt professionalism and amazing social skills. The interaction made a dreaded interaction with a corporate banking entity an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend Annabelle for a raise or consideration for promotion.

    Went into bank at Leslie and Lakeshore. I am a senior and asked Annabelle to show me how to deposit cheque through my phone. She went above and beyond to help me. Took me through every step and was very patient. What an asset to your bank. Thanks again Annabelle. Patricia Duncan

    What's the point of having an ATM locked up when the branch is closed. Setup a door that opens to a td card. I can go to a credit union for better service, none of us are interested in a digital currency era we want our cash.

    Terrible customer service and knowledge of their own products. Tried to open a locked-in RSP to transfer my pension, which requires me to do it in person. A number of their associates kept directing me to open it online but finally after personally calling the Direct Investing helpline they confirmed that it would have to be done in person. I then call the assigned associate/rep and despite him having access to my account and details, he asked me product specific information that he should know and most lay-people would not have knowledge of. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and contacted my original branch in Markham who had everything figured out for me within 24 hours. In my experience the reps at this branch do not take any initiative and do not go out of their way to provide knowledgeable service. I've been with TD for over 20 years with products ranging from my first bank account to my mortgage and trading accounts, and I have never been so disappointed with the service I received.
