- BBBillJun 13, 20251.0Worse experience ever at this branch! Do not trust Lovely Sachdeva. She is incompetent and will deny any responsibility. I came in to open a spousal RRSP account and she incorrectly advise me to open a different account . She denies responsibility and tried to blame me for given wrong instructions. This issue has escalated to TD customer care and after 3 months there is still no solution. It seem they don’t care or consider from the customer’s perspective. I’ve been a customer of TD for over 30 years and it’s been very disappointing how this matter is being handled. I no longer have trust in TD for managing my finances!
