He was very chill, explained everything clearly, and I really loved his energy and personality. This branch is super convenient, especially since it’s connected to T&T Supermarket, making it a great spot for university students or anyone living and working in the area. There are usually no lines, which is a huge plus. I normally have bad experiences at TD, so I only choose to go to specific locations. This was my first time at this branch, and it was really good. Fillip even asked if we needed help with any banking transactions, but we were fine. It just shows how great the customer service is here because they really go above and beyond. I honestly don’t understand why this place has bad reviews, because our experience was great. At the end of the day, it really comes down to the staff, and Fillip made our visit smooth and easy. Thank you again for the amazing service! 😊

I spent 10 mins waiting for a manager to ok a cheque transfer from my business account to my personal account when I am the signing authority on both accounts. Total lack of common sense, be prepared to waste your time if you visit this branch.
