  I had to get a new bank card because of some unsolicited charges on my account and no way when I told I had to use the bank card first or bank transactions later on nor was I told that I had to use EASY Web to get access to tap on my phone so I had to go back three times to deal with this matter. The fact that one is in front of a person working there and one is told that that one has a call a different number because they don’t do that. It’s a bank they’re getting paid to do this work. They can do it in front of you because the last time I had to get a new bank card all this was done in front of me this time, they farmed it off to call this number and then call this number. I don’t have time to call numbers. I’m in front of you now. I would like to get this done now. I have a life and job and work I have taken time out of my day to come back three times to get this done. Then they get upset because I start to raise my voice because the most simple thing has taken three trips to finish Three trips in which I’ve taken time out of my day and my work to get done. No, I don’t use this bank for savings or otherwise or investments because we use RBC for that my husband and I discussed this as we recently inherited a great deal of money and for such services we use RBC because they’re more professional and the customer service is better .

  This is one of the worst branches I have been to for customer service. I had an appointment with a financial advisor in which he kept me waiting 20+ minutes to chit chat on the telephone when I could hear the entire call from where I was waiting, instead of wrapping up the call or telling the person he was speaking to that he would call them back after our appointment as he had a scheduled meeting to get to. I called just now to inquire about what their currency exchange rate is today and have been on hold by the branch customer service representative for 30+ minutes. Very disappointed with their wait times and customer service. For one of the biggest banks in Canada, TD can afford more staffing and more training for better customer experience.
