I had an appointment with a financial advisor in which he kept me waiting 20+ minutes to chit chat on the telephone when I could hear the entire call from where I was waiting, instead of wrapping up the call or telling the person he was speaking to that he would call them back after our appointment as he had a scheduled meeting to get to. I called just now to inquire about what their currency exchange rate is today and have been on hold by the branch customer service representative for 30+ minutes. Very disappointed with their wait times and customer service. For one of the biggest banks in Canada, TD can afford more staffing and more training for better customer experience.
