- NNnyOct 31, 20251.0I just find it odd that the staff were speaking in another language in front of me whilst helping me (regarding my concern). If it were conversation they were having outside of the scope of helping customers, then I so get it. I have no space to judge that! One staff called another staff over and they began discussing things on the screen in their language. There should be transparency in this setting- especially pertaining to one's finances. I find this to be basic etiquette.

There were about ten customers waiting, but only one staff member was serving while others seemed unavailable. The service was extremely slow and poorly managed. This branch really needs to improve its efficiency. I was not satisfied at all

There are specific requirements that should be adhered to and it was not and when it was brought to his attention he tried to backtrack. Not really a fan of this type of behavior especially when there's no notations on an account
