  Great, unequaled personal customer service. First Adelaide searched every which way to help me find necessary information, with such patience and compassion for my situation, never condescending or dismissive, even though I am not wealthy. Then Camilo worked diligently to make sure all the facts were straight with a little effort and said I may phone or email him directly with any questions! Truly unheard of service for an out of towner. I'm so lucky Scotiabank no longer does such banking and sent me there.

  I went into the branch to deposit some coins, the teller let me know that coins have to be rolled before being deposited. Noticing that I had no idea what that meant she provided me with the roll paper, and even started helping me count out the coins to show me an example of how to do it. The second teller walked over and curtly said “we only have two wickets open, you need to do this on your own time”. Imagine my surprise when I found out that said teller is the manager of customer experience Mr Fresca. If you continue using TD use this branch at your own risk, it’s inaccessible to those with “invisible” disabilities and there’s a general disregard for the population that frequents this establishment (based on my experience and the Google reviews from other customers). I have since moved all my business to CIBC, since they have time for my business needs.

  The representative I spoke with was great and helpful. However, the branch manager was not. She missed the fact that I had provided all the required signatures and called me to visit the branch again during weekdays, then realized I didn’t need to be there. Besides, when I mentioned that I would like to receive voicemails in English in the future, she kept arguing that my voicemail setup wasn’t English and refused to take the note. I basically don’t understand why she lectured TD’s customers for a simple asking. Also I’m pretty sure the language of my voicemail isn’t one of the official languages in Canada.

  I went in a few weeks ago after making an appointment to speak with someone to learn about the credit card options with TD. The two employees were extremely kind and respectful; however, they did not have a clue about their own services. One of the employees told me he was new, so I felt bad for him. For for me as a customer, it was an extremely frustrating experience but it was a waste of an hour of my time. My two main concerns were: how do I acquire points on these credit cards, and how do I redeem them? The two employees did not have a clue how to answer them. They were either making things up as they went along or googling it. They did not have a command of their own products, and I had to be the one to guide the conversation. I don't blame the employees as much as the management for putting them in a position to fail. But as a customer, it was an infuriating experience. I will not return to this branch.

  I had a great experience with Adelaide. She was incredibly helpful in assisting me with getting a new access card. She handled everything quickly and efficiently, making the process smooth and stress-free. Adelaide’s friendly attitude and prompt support were much appreciated.
