    The reviews to this branch warrant an investigation from HQ (despite, I must admit, some being hilarious). I came in today to make an appointment with a mortgage broker to discuss getting a mortgage in the future. The teller said there was an available broker onsite. He went to speak with him and turns out the broker was planning to take a break. I asked if he could quickly take me and take a break after since it didn't seem like his calendar was full. The answer was no, he had to take his break. I understand people needing breaks, but a Client coming to you to get a mortgage in an economic downturn when fewer and fewer people are getting mortgages and you don't meet with them, don't even introduce yourself....very off-putting. Now this behaviour makes a lot of sense based on the other reviews. I'm glad this is not my local branch.

    I opened an account on Oct 18th 2025 with this branch. The representative Nima Saeed helped me to open an account . Then after that he advised me that he would send me an email for my credit card approval, which I never got. Have been trying to reach to him since that day, as he works only on Saturdays. Left tons of voicemails, emails no reply. Reached out to the Manager-still waiting for the reply. I changed my account to TD to get good service from my current bank, which in return backfired it seems. The thing is there is no way you can reach that specific representative NIMA SAEED as he is handling my account and they won’t even let me change my personal banking rep, I personally work in Service sector , if I work in this manner , I am getting fired the very next day without warning . So super bad experience with this branch and I can see why this branch has so many bad reviews. Hoping to resolve my issues soon.

    This used to be a friendly place to conduct my banking.Managers and supervisors cared and were helpful. On Friday Oct.24 just before 6pm I was treated very badly by both supervisor and manager. A long time customer I am disappointed and never experienced this type of treatment. I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY THE REVIEWS ARE SO BAD. What happened to this branch of the TD ? It Failed on TD standards.     The female teller who helped me wasn't very helpful and she gave me the bare minimum information so I will have to call TD customer service or go to a branch with better customer service.

    There is no worse branch than this one. Absolutely, horrible service, the manager of the branch,has no respect to the customers!!! Staff is absolutely unprofessional, slow as turtles. I don't recommend to nobody to visit this branch!!!!!
