Tried to complete a transaction and it took 1.5 hours for them to tell me they can't take it and ended up cancelling the order. Went to another TD branch later that day and was able to resolve it in less than 30 mins! Dont waste your time at this branch...

By far the worst TD branch to ever exist. Consistently give the wrong information, not to mention the ridiculous queue times. There's no sense of actual work ethic here. If you're TD management, you should just shut this down and have this as an ATM branch to advertise your brand. Otherwise, you're harming your reputation with these people.
