  DO NOT FİNANCE A CAR THROUGH THIS HORRIBLE BANK!! Horrible service called them for 4 days in a row just to find out how much I had remaining to close off the contract on my car. Noone answers the phone to give me an answer. Thisnis the worst service I have ever had in my life

  I entered a dealership looking for help and transparency. Instead, I ended up in one of the most stressful consumer experiences of my life. I live with a documented medical impairment that affects my ability to process information under pressure. I disclosed this early and repeatedly. Despite that, I later discovered details on the credit application that I had not provided or agreed to. As soon as I realized what happened, I told both the dealership and TD Auto Finance that I did NOT consent to the transaction and needed the situation fixed immediately. That was weeks ago — and I am still stuck: • No one has explained how the incorrect application was submitted • I continue to deal with the financial and emotional fallout • My vehicle sits in paid storage while TD delays a resolution A business should protect customers — especially when a disability is disclosed — not take advantage of them. I am now working with multiple regulatory bodies to ensure this situation is properly investigated and corrected. If you have a disability, if you value transparency, or if you expect fair treatment — please be extremely cautious.

  A hard credit inquiry was placed on my file on Sept 25, 2025 without my consent. I never applied for any financing or gave authorization. This was an unauthorized use of my personal information. I have already filed disputes with credit bureaus and complaints with regulatory bodies. Extremely unethical and unprofessional practice.
