To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

Credit card is still active after multiple requests of cancelation after clearing the balance and they keep charging interest and give me a call every year that i have a balance owing when i think the card has been canceled. So frustrating to have called them multiple times and visits to the branch and can't cancel my credit card. Worst bank to do business with. Below standard staff training.
