I have NEVER written a negative review of anyone before, but his lack of proffesionalism is unacceptable! I applied for a buisness loan in August and I always had to call or email him to try and get a response, he never did answer back by the way. After chasing him for over 6 months and me having to call TD and file a complaint he said that he had spoken to me already, which is the biggest lie. I wish he would have had the decency of apologizing to me instead of treating with no respect. To make things worst, he was so rude and abrasive on the phone. I've been with TD since I was 16 years old and I have never been treated like this. I am looking to switch all of my business with another bank.
