- AAAhmedSep 15, 20255.0I had a loan experience with Easyfinancial. Documents upload part was quite detailed and a bit too long for me. HOWEVER, overall service was nice. More importantly, Aadi was really helpful, and he followed up just on time, and he has been really informative and professional. My special thanks to him. Also, obviously the management of the branch is doing their job really well. Hats off to all of you guys. I will most definitely will do more business with you in the future.
- NTNancy TAug 2, 20251.0BEWARE😢 Be careful about giving your debit card to the staff at this location. I was paying my account and I expected a POS machine to complete my payment and the front desk took my debit card and started typing my debit card number on his computer. What was his reason for taking my debit card numbers when I could just TAP or insert my debit card to a machine for my payment. I then confronted him, and complained why he was taking details of my debit card and that’s when he went to get the POS machine. Either he was lazy or he is being funny?!?! (You Be the Judge!) either way, he didn’t present easy financial in a positive way. He also provided INCORRECT details and his colleagues at the back never made attempt to correct the wrong information he was giving me! I made a lot of account payments with easy financial before and they always allow me to do my own debit transaction. I guess there’s always the first time as I’ve been dealing with banks and financial institutions in Canada for over 4four decades but no one has ever pulled something funny on me on a broad daylight like this!!! BEWARE😡
