  The lady who work on this location so unprofessional and waste our time . I called many times to the company for emergency funds I connected with different agents on different time and before applying I ask from the agent first time that I’m doing one job on cash and the other part time job of Uber and it’s direct deposit to my bank account .I ask at first that before qualifying in receiving to clear everything that may I apply and will get my funds or not because It doesn’t work for me after a long process my application deny but the agent told me that if you have tax file of Uber last two years than you qualify for getting loan but on that time I don’t have Tex file as documents but when I find my files of two years tax returns I connected with this branch 20 to 30 minutes we continuously question and answer I repeatedly told the lady that I’m doing cash job with restaurant and Uber as part time . The Uber pay slip direct deposit to my bank account but from restaurant I took cash not any bank deposit or pay slip. I go through many steps taking too much requirements but agin in the last she ask me that Restaurant pay you check or they deposit your salary on your account. So what should I say about the agent like this she’s so crazy and don’t know who give job to such lady like this which is completely frustration for the customer. Very Very Bad Customer Service unprofessional and So cheap

  WARNING - My parents, who do not speak English fluently, took out a $10,000 loan from this company. What was not properly explained to them is that the loan operates on a daily interest structure that traps borrowers in an almost endless cycle of repayment. Here is the math: they have been paying about $500 per month. After nearly $3,000 in payments, only $200 has been applied to the actual loan principal. At this rate, only $200 of every $500 goes toward reducing the loan balance, which means it would take 50 months (over 4 years) to pay off just the $10,000 principal — while the company collects tens of thousands more in interest during that time. This kind of setup creates what is effectively an infinite repayment loop that preys on people’s lack of financial or language understanding. Proper disclosure was not provided, nor was an amortization schedule explained. This practice is predatory and unethical. Consumers deserve transparency about how much of their payment goes toward interest vs. principal. Without it, families are left paying for years with almost no progress toward the original loan.
