I received a missed call from this branch, and when I called back, Kevin pickup, verified my details and informed me that I had a missed payment. This was not correct, as I had already arranged a payment plan with the head office before the due date to ensure my account would not be debited. When I tried to explain this, Kevin repeatedly spoke over me and became aggressive. Without notice, he even passed the call to his colleague Mohammad, who also did not seem to understand that a payment arrangement was already in place with the head office. To confirm, I immediately contacted the head office, and the matter was resolved within two minutes. In my experience, the Jane and Finch location has provided much better customer service compared to Jane and Wilson. I truly wonder how many other customers Kevin has treated in the same rude and dismissive way. It’s time that management addresses his unprofessional and childish behavior, as this kind of service reflects very poorly on the company overall.
