I applied for a mortgage through these guys and initially things looked great - our morgage agent was quick and helpful, so we chose TD over a competitor despite a lower interest rate with the competitor. 2 business days before the closing date my lawyer and I discovered that the funding amounts were all wrong. TD had failed to change the mortgage from the pre-approval amount to the sale price. They failed to correct their mistake on time, and getting the correct numbers out of them took a MONTH, despite a steady stream of messages from myself and my lawyers office. They also told me they could get me a lower interest rate while they fixed their mistake, which they failed to do. They will never get my business again.
