Not only did she look me in the face when I lined up she decided to not tell me business wasn’t open until later. Just seems like some horrible customer service.

He has answered all my questions, phone calls and emails immediately or the same day , and contacted various divisions/departments to get the correct information needed to settle my financial situation. His calm, patient and caring demeanour gave me confidence and peace of mind that he could/would handle any complications that might arise.

I was waiting for 30 minutes while this lady socializes with a customers at the counter. If I didn't need the bank so bad, I would have walked out myself like other people in line. Completely unacceptable. Sure small talk is fine but a whole conversation is not cool and when there is lots of people in line you think business over socializing is more important. We all have lives and people/family/pets/appointments to see waiting for us. I don't mind waiting in line but when I saw full blown conversation taking place and all other bank employees taking their sweet time behind the counter. Even training a new employee surrounded by bad customer service skills, I was blown away that this is how you teach a person and show how the work environment is.
