- LGLidia GroulxOct 19, 20255.0My review is about an employee, not the bank itself. I have recently had my issues professionally, courteously, promptly handled by Kurt McGuire. He has answered all my questions, phone calls and emails immediately or the same day , and contacted various divisions/departments to get the correct information needed to settle my financial situation. His calm, patient and caring demeanour gave me confidence and peace of mind that he could/would handle any complications that might arise.

I was waiting for 30 minutes while this lady socializes with a customers at the counter. If I didn't need the bank so bad, I would have walked out myself like other people in line. Completely unacceptable. Sure small talk is fine but a whole conversation is not cool and when there is lots of people in line you think business over socializing is more important. We all have lives and people/family/pets/appointments to see waiting for us. I don't mind waiting in line but when I saw full blown conversation taking place and all other bank employees taking their sweet time behind the counter. Even training a new employee surrounded by bad customer service skills, I was blown away that this is how you teach a person and show how the work environment is.

- ACA CMar 28, 20231.0The blond at the tellers desk today at 1145 was snotty and unhelpful. Bad customer service for a 30 year+customer. Maybe learn some PR while we are keeping a large sum of $ with u while buying a house.
