- NANima Hejazi AlhosseiniDec 20, 20251.0This branch is closing permanently, and everyone with a safety deposit box needs to come in and empty it. Unfortunately, none of this is clearly communicated. The only sign outside told customers to call the EasyLine number to book an appointment for SDB access. But EasyLine agents cannot book these appointments at all. After being redirected, I learned you actually have to call the Yonge & Steeles branch, and they’re the ones who can schedule a time for you to clean out your box. Staff also mentioned that customers should have received an email about emptying their SDB, but I never received anything. The lack of clear communication caused unnecessary confusion. The signage should be updated to reflect the permanent closure and provide accurate instructions for accessing safety deposit boxes.

- JLJun LiJan 16, 20231.0Added second officer to our business account during an appointment at your branch, however it was not done right and the second officer's profile is not linked to our account, emailed and called the person (MA) setup account for us many times, no response, we are calling the TD head office to try to get the matter resolved but very poor experience at this branch, not recommended
- AZA ZApr 13, 20195.0I've been a customer here for several years. I've had excellent service for the most part, and actually moved my mortgage to TD with this branch. Alan, the advisor, was amazingly knowledgeable and patient in helping us put together and successfully get a very complex mortgage application (since we're self employed). Vas is the small business manager and he's been incredibly helpful with advising on my business matters and finances. Overall this is a really great branch that cares about its clients and one you can trust especially when you have complicated financial situations. Highly recommend.
