- KSKayla SJan 21, 20231.0Don't go to this branch. I went to complete a few relatively simple tasks. The manager increased my credit card limit thousands of $ higher than I requested, claiming she accidentally misunderstood and thought I wanted my current credit limit PLUS the limit I requested. This is after she offered me the higher limit twice and I shut her down twice. "Accidentally", my foot. She also submitted this limit increase BEFORE I had signed any authorization papers. She told me there was nothing she could do because she "already did it" and I have to come back later to get someone to fix it. When I asked if there were any penalties for lowering a credit limit, she told me no. I later found out that is a lie. Lowering your limit can hurt your credit score. If I didn't have to go back in to fix this woman's royal **** up, I'd never go back.
