  I'm going out of my way to share my bad experience at this branch today. Had to wait more 20 minutes in line for a teller. An older lady with pink dyed hair was assisting me. She was rude and sounded frustrated when I tried to enter my PIN but forgot what it was as I haven't used it in years. To make a long story short, I was trying to make a payment which I didn't have a chequing account. She told me I had to pay cash which I didn't have assuming I can pay with another bank card. When I asked if there was any other options, she just shrugged her shoulders. Not professional at all! I hold TD at high standards for a bank, but the way I felt walking out, I wouldn't hesitate moving all my accounts to another bank. Perhaps it's just this branch that is lacks basic customer service skills. If so, avoid this location if you want to save yourself further frustration.

  Slowest branch I’ve ever been to. If you need knowledgeable staff or fast service, avoid this location at all costs. Every employee seems to ask the same questions repeatedly and needs to consult someone multiple times before helping a customer. Extremely inefficient experience.

  Horrible customer service, incompetent, 2-3 tellers per service, not properly trained only 2 professional guys who are Andrew and Sam, the rest should be fired, they are rude and don’t know their job. Every time you need to line up 40 min for a simple transaction. My mother, a lady in her 60s isn’t fluent in English and asked for a FRENCH service (official language of Canada) she was laughed by a bunch of young incompetent workers who were too busy chit chatting and gossiping in desperate need of timbits and coffee. Shame on you.

  I had a very frustrating experience with the teller at this branch. I was only asking a simple question, but the teller acted like I was bothering her and instead of trying to help, she handled the situation with an annoyed, almost mocking expression, which was extremely unprofessional. Wow.....i still cannot believe her facial expression when i asked her question. She was extremely rude, impatient, and showed no basic manners at all. This made the whole interaction stressful and disappointing. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a bank. Because of this, I’m seriously thinking about switching to another bank that actually respects its customers. You really need to train the staff better so situations like this don’t happen again .... please
