The partner in charge of the file was currently busy with other clients and couldn't take a phone call. Never would I expect another person in customer service to speak to me this way. She was rude, she called repetitively and was very belittling. I have banked with TD for my whole life and this is the worst representative I have ever come across. In a business like the one we are in people can't give out the wrong answer, they become legally liable. I would assume someone who worked at a bank to understand that. Poor poor customer service.
