They were dismissive and overall unpleasant to deal with. After receiving no help from your uninformed staff, I called the 1-800 number and got my problem solved immediately. Obviously there is a knowledge gap somewhere that you need to solve.
- TSTaylor SFeb 6, 20221.0This bank location is terrible and they need to do something about swipe card access to the atm to prevent the bums for accessing inside. Today, February 6, 2022 was at the bank shortly after 9am to complete a deposit. At one of the atm stations was a needle w blood in it and half shot up along w some scratch ticket garbage, absolutely disgusted. The needle was also facing outwards and could have been poked was I not cautious. Managed to complete my deposit at another station but was taken back w how bad this bank had become and lack of security for their clients. The outside is also scattered w the walking dead scrounging for garbage, spare change and cigarette butts. Time to clean up the facility, hire some security and lock access to the bank atm.
