The staff member I interacted with was rude and dismissive, and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone when I asked a simple question. I expected basic professionalism, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope management addresses customer service training, because this experience made me uncomfortable and unlikely to return This was my second visit to this establishment, and unfortunately I experienced the same issue again. The staff I interacted with were rude and dismissive, and I was spoken to in an unprofessional manner. When a problem happens more than once, it shows a lack of proper customer service standards. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training, because respectful communication should be basic.
