We were waiting for an override on a check for approximately 10 minutes because the branch manager, Christina Chung, was on her personal cell phone. She was speaking loudly, laughing, and appeared disengaged while customers were waiting. When she finally attended to us, she did not apologize for the delay and asked for my ID again, which suggested she had not been paying attention initially. This behavior felt unprofessional and is not what I expect from a manager representing TD Bank. I would like to acknowledge that the teller, Rajind Piece, was very polite and professional. He apologized for the wait and handled the situation respectfully. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service standards especially from management should reflect professionalism and respect for customers’ time.

If my husband goes in their deposit money he should be able to. It doesn't matter what it is. This is a really stupid policy and they need to change it back. They just made my life more difficult.
