To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

- RARam ArzaNov 23, 20211.0We happened to do a wire transfer from our branch to UAE and In order to do this transfer, I did go to branch for 2 times because I couldn't get all the information from the branch at very first visit and then I got all the details required and did a transfer. At the time of transfer, we provided the IBAN number to the teller but we were told IBAN number is not necessary and the wire was done without IBAN number. After more a week of our transfer, I went twice to branch to check why was the transfer not completed. I was asked to wait both the times and Today when i visited the branch for the third time, we are being told that IBAN number is missing hence the wire got declined. Very Very dissapointed with the customer service and the way they have made me visit the branch for 5 times and I will have to go to the branch for the 6th time to check what my options are.
