- JTJB TJul 15, 20221.0I was offered an appt with their Wealth Advisor because they thought I have over $100,000 to invest and they wanted to treat me like a VIP. About 10 into the appt they realized I was just shy of the $100,000, said “oh I’m sorry you don’t meet our wealth benchmark, we can’t give you this service” and ended the meeting. It was humiliating and made me feel like a second class customer.
