- DDDanApr 9, 20251.0I could give a different rating every time I go in this branch. It all depends on who asks "can I help you "first. If you're at all lucky,you will hear that from Wendy. She's awesome,very kind,friendly and most of all very helpful. However if your luck is down, you may hear it from another employee Who's not really a teller but thinks she's helping . My advice to you is wait to deal with Wendy ,it's worth the wait trust me. If not,you may have to deal with one that has a bit of Donald Trump syndrome (does things,says things, refuses things just because she thinks she can). A bit of common sense and courtesy can go a long way if you only have it in you,but not are all so inclined. I've been going to, and using this branch before Lil Trump was born. Dealt with a previous manager (Crystal) over this same problem(person) back around 2020-21 and was happy with Crystal's handling of the issue and ultimately the outcome. Have to ask myself, is this the financial institution I should do all my investing with and just sit back and say "oh well it's just a generational work ethic thing" or consider options maybe more aligned with old school customer service and care???????????
