However, within the last couple of years it has taken on a corporate attitude, by the book and no exceptions structure. Some of the old staff that is left is great but some new, well let's say "attitude'".one person in particular, Laurie, one of the 10 managers is very arrogant and rude. Without going into detail she made me and my son feel like criminals, and ever since I have a bad feeling going into that branch. I have since opened a new account in a new bank.
