Marilu not only activated my credit card correctly but also took the time to answer all my questions clearly and even provided me with valuable advice. Her respectful and caring attitude truly made a difference, especially after I had a disappointing experience at another branch on (TD)Scott Street, where my request was ignored, and my time was wasted. Marilu’s professionalism and dedication reflect the highest standards of customer service, and I truly appreciate her effort and patience. Thank you, Marilu, for turning my experience into a very positive one — you’re an asset to the bank!

Rather than offering help or explaining things clearly, their tone made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply trying to complete a routine transaction. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when visiting a bank, and this interaction fell far short. I won’t be returning to this branch and hope management addresses this type of behaviour.
- DRDave RileyOct 3, 20251.0One star based on one of the tellers here, she is an older lady with a scowl look on her face, she is rude, dismissive, unkind, and simply doesn’t give a care about the customer in front of her! She will actually contradict what the computer says just to put you down and ruin your day! Unless, you are someone she’s knows how personally and she just chats away with them not giving a care that there is a huge line of people waiting for a teller. This woman should be fired! You know who you are and I’m sure everyone else does too! Time to retire and live your miserable life alone.
