Unfortunately that has been declining for some time and they are not willing to do anything to help out when you are having issues with an account. They would prefer to wash their hands of anything. Would recommend a different branch or banking institution.

It has been excruciatingly difficult to get anything done at this bank and once my sister's estate is done I never want to go back. I have been bounced around between tellers and managers and others for 3 years since this account was opened. Not great when you are grieving and trying to get her estate done.

Only one ATM on site, which is not enough for the only TD location in such a highly populated area on a main highway.
