They incorrectly told me that my cards were Cash Cards and could not be used online. Later, I called TD’s online banking, and they clarified that this information was wrong. The branch staff seemed confused and provided no helpful solution, wasting my time and causing unnecessary frustration. I am very disappointed with the service at this branch.
