- BJBela JOct 23, 20251.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch, by far the worst I’ve ever had at any bank. I left feeling disrespected, discriminated against based on my appearance, and not helped at all. I will never return to this location and will be filing an official complaint with TD regarding the conduct of the staff. I came in to deposit a bank draft into a trust account, and the teller (a male with a beard, name starting with K) informed me there would be a 5-day hold. I explained that my lawyer confirmed there should not be a hold, especially with my home closing in two business days. I then asked to speak with the manager (a woman whose desk is in the left corner), and she repeated the same thing, that they “must” place a 5-day hold if the draft is not from TD. This is simply not true. I’ve purchased multiple properties and have never had a bank draft held for five business days. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, they dismissed me, and offered no options. I immediately went to another TD branch afterward, and they deposited the exact same draft with no hold at all - proving that the staff at this branch were either inexperienced, unwilling to help, or simply didn’t care. This location needs serious retraining and accountability. I strongly encourage others to avoid this branch unless TD replaces the current staff with people who are actually knowledgeable and respectful.
