  Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a customer of TD BANK of over 40 years. I am very happy with their services. I'm else using their Webroker for trading stocks. I dropped by today at EGLINTON SQUARE Branch to activate my debit card. I was lucky to meet Irene Tsfetkofski.She was very helpul to take care of everything was required for the activation of my debit card. She answered all my questions. Thanks. I else want to Thank Rania Khouri for helping me to open a trading account with a company that own. Thanks to Chloe Kapos on the service desk and the tellers that work on the Branch are always helpful, polite and friendly. Great job really appreciated.

  The worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I visited the branch to complete a simple bank wire, but instead of receiving professional guidance, I was told to fill out the form on my own. Afterward, the staff asked me to sign a wire form that contained incorrect beneficiary address information. I refused to sign, as this could have caused serious issues with the transfer. Rather than assisting in correcting the mistake, the branch manager, Fedo, (the manager on site on 22 Dec, 2025 around 5pm) responded impolitely and simply told me to cancel the wire instead of offering any solution or support. This was extremely frustrating, especially since the transfer was time-sensitive and needed to be completed before the holiday. In the end, nearly an hour was wasted, and nothing was accomplished. I left without the wire being processed and without any meaningful help. This level of service was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. It is by far the most unhelpful banking experience I have ever encountered

  I feel bad to say but I have very unfortunate experience at this branch. There is a teller Andre who is very unpleasant and disrespectful and I don’t understand why he speaks like that. I have a hard time to deal with this person. Management is very bad at this location. I was noticing that only few good tellers and other staff but very bad service from Andre and the managers.

  Experience with @Patel,Jayamini I recently opened a bank account at the Eglinton 15 Sq branch, and the representative who assisted me was exceptionally kind and helpful. She explained everything clearly and motivated me in various ways to open the account. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Truly outstanding service!

  I recently visited the TD bank branch at 15 Eglinton Avenue to receive assistance with online payment procedures. Iqra teller, a representative, provided significant guidance on navigating the system, facilitating my initial online transaction. Later, I required another transaction, but it didn’t work. As Iqra was on her break, I requested assistance from the female manager. I explained that I urgently required her help, having waited for three hours, and emphasized my need to leave soon. Unfortunately, the female manager’s approach was not professional or supportive. She stated, 'We are not obligated to you. If you have no time, you can go. We don’t know what to do as the credit limit is okay, and it still declined.' Another representative, teller, lacked the knowledge to resolve the issue. I attempted to pay again, but it didn’t work. I waited for Iqra to return and asked her to look into the issue. She examined the problem, applied the proper procedures, and successfully resolved it. I was grateful for her assistance. The issue was relatively simple, requiring technical knowledge and common sense. However, the other representative, teller and the female manager lacked the necessary expertise. I was disappointed by the manager’s reaction, considering my 18-year history with TD bank, holding multiple accounts and investments. I expect a higher level of service, particularly from a manager. Iqra teller demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and technical proficiency in resolving the issue, showcasing qualities that would be valuable in a managerial role.
