    The register isn’t the only thing the branch manager is slamming behind closed doors. Very inappropriate behaviour happening at this store between employees !! Staff is extremely unprofessional and I will escalate this to corporate.

    The branch manager here is really funny, and I will give you two cases to tell. I'm a customer with two business accounts. Case 1: I deposit cheques, and they block me because on the cheque my customer didn't write the full name, but you could still tell it is our business. I tried to explain the whole story to let them try to understand go back to my customer to re-issue a new one is really difficult, the branch manager doesn't understand. Case 2: they said my name is not on the business account list, so me and my co-worker went through the entire procedure with them, which spent us valuable time in those appointments with them. One day, the brunch manager blocks me again said I'm still not on the list. He said I cannot deposit CASH, at the same time, we are arguing he just deposited one cheque that DIDN'T HAVE OUR COMPANY FULL NAME!!! you see he can make it, it is all depends on what he said. This seems like personal already which is so funny. I thought the TD bank is a professional national bank, no???? This branch manager has his own rule every day, saying everything only by his mouth. But I'm his one of the valuable customers, and he wasted me a lot of time there and ended up with doing nothing.

    My recent visit to this Td branch with some uncommon matter has had ended to my greatest satisfaction. The bank teller Sadia demonstrated excellent knowledge and patience. The service here is excellent, you feel like being among friends.
