- MMMuthupandiNov 24, 20251.0I recently visited the TD Bank at Markham & Lawrence for an a meeting with the branch manager Roxanne Bacchus and was honestly shocked by the state of the branch and her office. There were cockroaches crawling around and what looked like bed bugs in the carpet. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and really raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I expected a professional environment, especially for a financial institution. This needs to be addressed immediately and I will filing a complaint with Municipal licensing and Standards. Please don’t go to this branch, if you do please be careful as you do not want this infestation in your home.
