They wouldn’t clear a small cheque and wanted to put it on hold even though I’ve never had any issues with my previous branch. Every time I go to this branch the wait time is also extensive.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. The management team should be fired as the branch clearly lacks proper training and the ability to instill quality customer support within their staff.
