  They make you use the ATM outside after hours. You can't access the indoor ATMs very inconvenient half the time the ATM is out of service or the cards get stuck. Horrible, horrible service. Lineups to use the ATM outside are massive many times

  Horrible Branch! with consistently poor customer service. As seen in many other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. The management team should be fired as the branch clearly lacks proper training and the ability to instill quality customer support within their staff.

  I am writing to express my concern regarding the assistance I received at your branch when I requested a witness signature for my Certificate of Life. When I first approached one of the TD agents, my request was refused without explanation. I then spoke with another agent, who initially directed me to another bank. After I insisted, she asked for my ID and bank account number. I do not understand why my bank account information would be required for a witness signature on a Certificate of Life. Although the agent eventually filled out part of the form, it was not completed correctly. I had to return and request that she include her email address and the TD website address. She declined to provide the website address and referred me to her manager, stating that she did not know the correct address. Only after I insisted did the manager provide the website information.

  The bank manager here is absolutely USELESS and doesn't know enough about much to help her customers out. She should barely be a teller, let alone a manager of a whole bank. I had my card fraudulently used, so my card had to be canceled. FINE, that's not anyone's fault but the thief... so I don't have proper I.D to get a new card in person at the bank - even with answering security questions, etc, also FINE if thats protocol and out of anyones control, BUT... this manager woman - big blond woman - told me that even if I call, even if I ask to have a new card MAILED to me, that I wouldn't be able to get one without an I.D. How do you AS A MANAGER not know this is false information!?!?! How many people have you stressed out because you couldn't make the effort to helpnor find something out you clearly didn't know?!?! I called the TD line after leaving the bank upset and stressed out and had a new card sent IN THE MAIL within minutes. This woman - the manager - brushed me off so quick like she had more important things to deal with at her desk she basically stays at all day sitting and had me stressed out for no reason because she DOESN'T know something as basic as a customer IS able to order a new card on the phone. Makes me wonder how many other loyal customers have been given misinformation because this manager doesn't know a thing about how to help anyone. Shame on her and shame on you for letting her lead a whole crew at a bank.
