- AKAayusha Karki5 days ago1.0Such a worst experience, I went there to update my documents and they said it will take two or three business days to update, so I waited for more than two days like it’s been a week already now, and I was confused because it was not updated in my system and I was not able to use my card again I went to the next branch and they said nothing has updated. They haven’t uploaded my documents like seriously. This is so gross. If you don’t know how to handle those things why you even working there. This is so disgusting.

Even 2-3 employees didn't figure out and then they put my draft on hold without notifying me. All the employees were really rude. If branch manager looking at this review, he needs to do better job. I want to give minus star if I can.
