- TGTrif GamingDec 29, 20251.0Absolute waste of time. 3 different times I come to fix one issue and it’s 3 different young people who have no clue what they are doing. Crazy wait time. In total wasted 2 hours of my life for what could have been fixed by 1 minute of competence. Don’t go to this branch
- SKSampada KothekarDec 13, 20251.0I had a transfer my RRSP from Desjardins to TD to consolidate my account and I was charged for this transfer. And I wasn’t aware of these charges. Despite of requesting and exchanging several emails to them explaining that I am with TD from last whole decade and I do deserve to get this refund as good will gesture they did not agree to refund it as so many institutions do it for customer retention and this is the first time I am asking something as goodwill gesture. And one more time TD has proved that they do not care about customer loyalty and that kind of stuffs. Now I am thinking of moving out elsewhere because of this incident and go to other big banks , where customers are treated fairly. Manager is rude and doesn’t know how to keep customers happy. I am not happy with the customer service I am getting from this 1900 Ellsemere branch
- RBRaby BakshDec 4, 20252.0On going problems (30 years) with tellers interrupting each other for help., while doing customer’s transaction, tellers need to be trained to WAIT until the teller that is in the middle of a transaction complete what they are doing before interrupting, it’s annoying and disrespectful for the customer that had waited in line long enough to grow a beard and halfway through their transaction a new teller needs assistance! Why don’t the Manager or a standby person that is glued to a desk be around to help the new tellers that needs spoon feeding!

They refused it, calling on a few young people there to also disapprove, but never to alert the manager Maria.They told me I needed to come back with my SIN #, which is wrong! I am disabled and elderly, so walking is very painful for me. Now I am stuck with a TD bank card I cannot use or withdraw my hard earned money. I called TD Credit Cards. They said the Manager's name is Maria and she should have helped me, by allowing my Government ID to enable getting a new pin number. I have been with TD for over 25 years! They were insulting and treated me like a criminal! I am alerting the Ombudsman about how I was treated and now cannot access my own funds.
