- ARA R6 days ago1.0The new branch manager at this location, Shiraz Lalani, is a wretched human being. Alternative staff is up to par however the addition of him has dramatically deteriorated the quality of this branch.
- RRRougehawkDec 23, 20251.0Shiraz Lalani is the new branch manager at this location and after having been a customer here for decades; upon attempting to approach the ATM inside, he was standing like a pylon blocking foot traffic. Upon cordially attempting to say excuse me in order to make a clear path to the ATM which he seemed to have blocked me from on purpose, I was ignored. He not only knew I was waiting but made it a point to not acknowledge me. Disgustingly disrespectful behavior that is totally unbecoming of the positive experiences I've had at this branch since I was young. If Shiraz Lalani thinks wearing a suit and tie entitles him to neglect those in the community who've been customers far before his hiring, he is sadly mistaken. Absolutely atrocious.

- RARussell ArcherSep 5, 20251.0Had a poor experience with TD yesterday as I went to deposit some money into my child’s account. There was two people in front of me and it took half an hour to get up to the teller. Once I got up to the teller I then found out I was not allowed to deposit cash into another persons account without being a customer myself. (Oddly enough I could have deposited a check) #makeitmakesense I am so glad I’ve closed my accounts with them and moved my mortgage away from this high fee nonsense bank.
