  I really appreciate the service provided by Miss Carlee Lui. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The rest of the staff was also welcoming and supportive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very satisfied with the customer service.

  I had a great experience with TD Bank. The service was excellent, fast, and very efficient. Roger Xu is very professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.   Always go to this branch because it’s near to my place and didn’t experience any problems until today. Called them the other day to inquire if I can book an appointment to change my last name. I was told that I don’t need to make an appointment, just go to the teller and the teller can help me. Went today, and waited in the line for more that 20 minutes just to be told by the teller (didn’t get her name coz I’m so upset and disappointed) that I need to book an appointment. Even I told her that I when I called I was told that I can just walk in and teller can help me. But she’s adamant that I need to book an appointment. She didn’t even ask her colleagues if she can help me. Left this branch disappointed.

  I was waiting in line and a gentlemen at the counter that wasn’t open (didn’t look like it) called me up to the counter and helped with my banking needs. Thank you!!!

  I’m Customer for this branch for over 30 yrs., visiting them at least once per week. Was one of the best TD branches with the best customer service where most of the staff used to even call me and other regular customers by the name, to the worst and slowest customer service. Most of their staff are on training, they consistently change them regularly, they don’t know the meaning of at least the meaning of a smile. They even ask for my ID almost weekly. I feel I’m currently dealing with robots every time I enter this branch. I guess Susan’s, Maddy’s, Alba’s etc. time is gone and will never come back again .
