Was one of the best TD branches with the best customer service where most of the staff used to even call me and other regular customers by the name, to the worst and slowest customer service. Most of their staff are on training, they consistently change them regularly, they don’t know the meaning of at least the meaning of a smile. They even ask for my ID almost weekly. I feel I’m currently dealing with robots every time I enter this branch. I guess Susan’s, Maddy’s, Alba’s etc. time is gone and will never come back again .
