  This branch has really poor service. If I can give a negative star I would. They did big Reno’s to the branch but still fail to put the right amount of teller to assist the customers who come in. It is alway no more than 3 people at the front. They should see what thier busy times are and staff accordingly

  First time being in this branch and with all the reviews I've seen they clearly don't acknowledge that the line is an issue and instead of making a difference they rather just talk between each others

  I'm glad this branch is expanding, this will allow longer lines to be created inside. I'm sure they've consulted with the folks that run Canada's wonderland to help with line and crowd management. Instead of hiring more tellers, let's spend more money on renovations that don't benefit any of the customers. Evidently this review is being written while standing in line. Edit: While, still in line I've had some time reflect. It has occurred to me, as I've questioned my life choices leading me to come here; TD is gone from being “banking” and turned into “reflection.” You know that moment when you’ve been standing in a line forever and your brain starts drifting? First it’s: Did I pick the right lineup? Then it’s: Did I pick the right bank? Then, inevitably: Did I pick the right career? The right city? The right decade to be alive? Edit 2: 84 years later... The effects of climate change have accelerated, we've created a new bond with all the folks in line. Our saving accounts have increased a negligible amount. I'm sure the outside world has created teleportation yet they TD couldn't teleport anymore tellers Edit 3: the return of Mel Lastman Mel Lastman has returned, he's called in the army once again to be trained as TD tellers to help the line.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Thomas Made the Difference I want to let everyone know that TD Canada Trust truly stands out as one of the best banks in the country, especially during the busy Seasonal Holidays 2025. This review is specifically for Thomas, one of the tellers at this TD location. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel smooth and welcoming. You can tell he takes enjoys his job and represents TD extremely well. Thomas is easily one of the best bank tellers I’ve dealt with anywhere. Based on my experiences, TD continues to earn my trust and loyalty through service like this. In contrast, I recently had a very poor customer service experience at another bank location (Scotiabank at Malvern Mall), which made me seriously reconsider banking there. The difference in service quality was night and day. If you’re looking for a bank that values customers and employs people who truly care, TD Canada Trust—and especially Thomas at this branch—is the way to go. Highly recommended!
