- FJFaisal Jiwa6 days ago1.0Similar to the other reviews, this place rarely has fewer than 8 people in line, it's often out the door. They're currently expanding the branch, but still refusing to actually have enough tellers to serve everyone. I think the idea is just to accomodate a longer line. There is rarely somebody at the Welcome desk, and since TD has been empowering tellers to do less and less over time (all banks, sadly are) you may spend an hour in line to find out that you can't actually be helped. I have been dealing with this for 11 years thinking that all branches are like this, but I have driven to Morningside and Lawrence, Brumley and Sheppard and Bellamy and Ellesmere TD locations, and even taking travel time into consideration, get my banking done significantly faster. I have not dealt with rude staff as others have said, but I have started actively avoiding doing my banking here, especially in the winter when the line might literally be outdoors.

- KDK DNov 12, 20251.0They never have enough tellers open. The lines are always long.They move so slow like we are here for leisure. And if you are a person of colour its worst. They do not have any customer service overall thus place is TRASH. Learn customer service and etiquette.
