- SLSafras LafeerDec 15, 20251.0Been with TD for over 20+ years and they still want to hold a DRAFT cheque (cash value) for 5 days. The manger’s name is Mohamed and he said he still would put it on hold. Not sure what the value of a draft cheque is.

- VEVas EMNov 13, 20254.0Favour has exceptional customer service skills. She was very helpful with an elderly woman in front of me and was quite patient with the lady who needed a lot of support. Favour was then just as courteous and professional when she was helping me. The only reason why this branch is getting 4 stars is because of her. There was a long line when I arrived and there were only 2 tellers helping people. This has been an issue at this bank in the past as well. And not all tellers are as pleasant and helpful as Favour.
- SSShankavi SivaSep 25, 20251.0Staff are abit incompetent technically. They give people the wrong answers to what can and cannot be done at the bank. They also have zero customer service skills. They do not know how to listen and do not make the customer feel valued. I will be trying another branch but if this is the same customer service that is received I will be switching who I bank with. TD corporate needs to train their staff better.
