  It has its busy times like all banks, and staff seem to manage well to move things along. Adelaide was especially helpful, knowledgeable and super kind and patient with my elder Mum. Thanks to this branch for over a decade of great service!

  At other TD branches I've seen the manager step up to do teller duties when the customer lineup gets busy. However, this location's manager just walks around doing nothing most of the time instead of stepping in to help customers. Extremely disappointing. Customer service should be prioritized and not neglected, especially for supervisor/managerial roles.

  Not surprised with the 2.5 star rating one bit. I am a former TD staff member of 5 years, I bleed green. My experience today with both the ABM & BM (L.M.) was the absolute worst. That being said, I also acknowledge that the Assistant Branch Manager's hands were tied to an extent as the BM (L.M.) had to make the final decision. 0 customer service skills, 0 empathy, 0 understanding of the situation at hand on both their ends even though I presented everything (and more) for them to come to a decision. This is a scary reality for customers walking into this branch when the immediate leadership team is like this. When someone has already made up their mind before exploring the facts presented, it's hard to sway their decision, and that's exactly what happened today. My appointment was a complete waste of time. Stay away from this branch especially if you need any type of assistance from the ABM or BM. There are several other TD locations within the vicinity that offer great customer service and an overall better customer experience. The experience today at this STC branch was very robotic.

  Probably the WORST TD branch ive ever visited. Went there on Saturday, December 6th. Wanted to complete a transaction for a vehicle sale. Went and dealt with Tony who was the customer service representative. Tony was good to deal with. He made a mistake in the transaction but that was not a big deal. The issue was the supervisor on duty. We did not get her name but she was a shorter lady. She was extremely rude and tough to deal with. She even said that Tony would be fired for a mistake that he did, straight to our face. This was appalling to us. It was not his fault as he went and asked someone to confirm his decision. Terrible attitude and if she is actually the manager, SHE deserves to be fired not Tony. That is not how you deal with an employee and advise the customer that. Overall a shocking experience to go through. I hope Tony has not lost his job over something so small. If the bank manager is reading this and wants more information, please feel to contact me. Worst TD bank I've ever been to. Please DO NOT VISIT. go to any other branch.
