I asked the security guard inside the bank (she’s a woman ) for help because at this point this guy outside is threatening to hurt me because I won’t give him money …. Instead of anyone helping me she tells me I have to go outside and deal with it . Not only that she brings the manager to yell at me instead and both of them are not escorting the guy outside because they’re scared but had that energy with me . I told them that he was also following me but they didn’t care . I’m a black woman and their racism was showing real hard . I had to call the police because no one would help me thats ridiculous. That security guard did nothing to help but yelled at me with the manager instead of directing that energy to the man that was telling me he was going to put me down and kill me …. What has Canada become

Changed my account's package without my consent, when I revisited the branch, manager told me that you can sign now to continue with the changes. No apologies from her. I didn't want to change my account so why I should sign to continue with the changes?
