Before coming to this TD location, I was quite stressed as I had been matched with a Personal Banker through the online TD web who was unresponsive and unhelpful. Thank god for these two ladies as I was under the gun with my fast approaching renewal deadline. They helped me to get a competitive rate and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I feel so at ease banking with such competent and friendly staff and will def return in person should any future banking needs arise.
