- DMDrew McCallum3 days ago1.0Horrible customer experience and service. Went in with my son (12) to set up his first bank account. Was told “Nope, I don’t have time for that!”. Went to Bank of Montreal in the same mall and it was done in 7min. What a poor culture of service. With a sign the counter that read “Banking with Respect”… laughable!

Was waiting over 2 weeks to talk to a financial advisor that was only interested in selling me a loan to make her commission, the whole time her behaviour was rude and sarcastic. Don’t waste your time go to a real bank

- LLLexSep 19, 20251.0It’s Friday anfter 5 pm, and there a huge line and only 3 tellers. I like many people get paid on fridays , and not out of work untill 5pm. This is one of the busiest times of the week and the line is barely moving
