- NLNeal LDec 6, 20251.0How in the world does this make sense? A 24hr ATM location but the doors are locked? I thought having an ATM meant that you could take out money at any time of the day or night....24hrs? This is ridiculous! Thanks for the waste of time.
- CCCalebNov 25, 20251.0When I have a problem I don’t want to call India…when I go to the branch I don’t want to wait 1.5hours in line… When I log in, after having the same password for 21 years they make me change it. Then they lock me out…then they make me come to the branch…why? Wealthsimple solved these problems over the phone… Why do we put up with this? TD has more branches in America than Canada now and they are starting to treat us like it…why do we put up with this?

From the very beginning of our interaction, you could tell she just didn't like the way that I look because of my tattoos. She was rude, condescending, and lied to me about over riding a cheque from my insurance company that was going towards a new vehicle. After spending 3-4 hours of my time wasted on the phone with supervisors and having them email the branch to tell Kim to take the hold off, she refused to do so and called me today to be rude to me once again, telling me she doesn't mind if I leave TD as a customer of 20 years - I cannot believe that someone as rude as this is the face of your branch, take a look at your google reviews and re-evaluate her position as a manager.
