- SMStoney McGeeAug 25, 20251.0Had a terrible experience recently with the "Customer Experience Manager" of this branch, Kim Sandvik. From the very beginning of our interaction, you could tell she just didn't like the way that I look because of my tattoos. She was rude, condescending, and lied to me about over riding a cheque from my insurance company that was going towards a new vehicle. After spending 3-4 hours of my time wasted on the phone with supervisors and having them email the branch to tell Kim to take the hold off, she refused to do so and called me today to be rude to me once again, telling me she doesn't mind if I leave TD as a customer of 20 years - I cannot believe that someone as rude as this is the face of your branch, take a look at your google reviews and re-evaluate her position as a manager.

Every other bank had appts within a week, this branch had the earliest appt at a month out. This bank had the most unprofessional, lazy people imaginable. From appts being cancelled, employees showing up late for appts, and having TD Customer Service head office tell us on the phone that literally everything that the gentleman working at the branch told us in the meeting was incorrect. Every single thing!!! Either the staff here needs to be retrained or fired. You can certainly tell the staff doesn't want to be here...you feel it as soon as you walk in. We are now moving all of our money and investments from this bank to one of our others. This branch is an absolutely embarrassment!!!!!

I spoke with my pocketbook and too a large deal elsewhere and will move all future business away from td due to his incompetence. Stay away
