Numerous of times over that past year or more I have a complained in person at the london rd branch and countless times through easy line customer care department about the wheel buttons not working more at the atm when the bank is not open and today the bank was closed do to a holiday.Again on September 30/ 25 I tried to leave the lobby to enter outside from the atm machines area only for the wheel chair button not to work. I figured I could wait for another customer to help me if one came along to open the door. Well no one came so I pushed the door with my disability which was very difficult for me and end up agravating my upper back. Now I am in pain. Get rid of the wheel chair doors and go back to the regular none powered doors and as the wheel chair doors are of no use to the disabled just more frustration and physical pain.

They charge too much to have an account, and they have just locked a couple of my cards for NO reason, even when there is money in there. They seem to like to do that on weekends, when the branches are closed, so you can't do anything about it until Monday. I would HIGHLY recommend going ANYWHERE but here!!!
