  I went to TD to open a new account for my niece after a disappointing experience elsewhere, and I was very impressed. The staff were professional, welcoming, and knew exactly what was required. Best of all, they were able to secure an appointment for me the same day, making the whole process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend TD for their excellent customer service and professionalism!

  Manger is unprofessional. I’m not one to even write reviews, but when someone just chooses to be spiteful to a customer is beyond me. Manager Cleared a check hold if I had a picture of the cheque..once I got the picture he denied the hold clear on my account? Mind you- he stated he would clear the holds, better yet- TO HIS coworker & she passed his info to me. I was not the one to ask directly to the manager, as I asked the teller lady if there was anything I can do to lift the hold to the teller and she said she would go speak to the manger. The manager’s employee was clearly embarrassed, as she was the one to pass the information of his request of a picture of the cheque, I looked at her and said “ did he not just tell you he could do it if I had the proper information? She had no words, and apologized for my experience. Long story short, the holds were not clear even once provided the information he needed. My friend was with me during this time. I leave his office after confronting him for being and choosing to be spiteful that day, providing his employees with non accurate information, and zero care to help the situation de escalate. I just said very calming “ who and why would he said yes the first time then said no?” then he yells out his office as I’m out the door “ I didn’t say that. I didnt say that” I feel he probably acted this way because the td bank was busy, and he felt he did wrong and it didn’t help it was busy during this time. me and my friend were embarrassed walking out, because he was yelling out of his office.
