Applied for credit with Nara and Dan, they made me jump through hoops for weeks delaying the process asking for way more information then anyone has every asked me for including the CRA, other banks, mortgage and car applications etc... Straight up discrimination. (Got approved 3 other institutions within the hour) My credit is acually perfect. What a joke. Hours wasted sending information, money spent on accountants. absolutely disgusting the treatment. Refused information because they did not like the file type.. took 1 sec to covert to a PDF. Purposefully being difficult. Do not waste your time with this outdated dinosaur!! Worst customer care i have ever recieved. Now wonder they are laying workers, off they do not want the business. Digging your own hole. Highly recommend staying away!!!!!
