- RMRalph Moser5 days ago1.0This has to be the worst branch in the whole country. Can never walk in and not see a line up. Many people sitting in the office and walking around and 2 tellers talking to customers while line ups continue. My last visit to this branch!! Brutal
- LJLI JennyDec 17, 20251.0⭐ Extremely poor experience. Strongly not recommended. TD’s system issues are so serious that customers have to be constantly on guard when using basic services. Even e-Transfers sent to newly added recipients can be misdirected to someone with a similar name, which is an unacceptable and dangerous design flaw. On top of that, my account statements were changed from bi-monthly to daily without notice or authorization. I went to the branch three separate times, and each time the staff refused to acknowledge that the system could be at fault, repeatedly insisting that “the system does not make mistakes” and implying the change must have been caused by the customer. The experience at the branch was extremely frustrating. No investigation, no problem-solving—only responsibility-shifting. Staff seemed more focused on protecting themselves than actually helping. Even a simple request to revert the statement back to monthly required repeated explanations, as if basic concerns were not being listened to at all. If you are comfortable with system errors, misdirected transfers, and visiting the bank 4–5 times for the same issue, TD may be for you. Otherwise, avoid.

- WWWendy WongNov 13, 20251.0I'm currently at the branch right now with a long lineup. Suddenly I saw the management pull half of the tellers out due to their internal meeting at 3pm. Is the meeting that urgent and need to do immediately? I would assume customer always first priority and if it's only internal meeting. I don't see a reason why need to do it right away with a long customers line up. Very bad management.
