What's the point of a certified cheque if there's a hold. It's been 5 day business days now and the cheque is still on hold for 2 more days. DO NOT COME HERE!

Is the meeting that urgent and need to do immediately? I would assume customer always first priority and if it's only internal meeting. I don't see a reason why need to do it right away with a long customers line up. Very bad management.

The teller said she can't because I don't have an account with that bank. This is the height of stupidity, this branch is trash. I went to BMO and got my $50 note without one single question asked. Stay away from here if you can.
